COMMON QUESTIONS

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

  • Water - You can bring water to class. However, drinking too much water in class can make your stomach feel full and uncomfortable. The best advice is to stay hydrated throughout the day so that you need little or no water in class.

  • Towel - Come prepared to sweat! A bath sized towel will keep you from slipping and absorb perspiration.

  • Yoga mat - All students are required to use a yoga mat. We advise all students to bring their own mat for hygiene reasons. In case you cannot bring your own, we have a limited number mats in available.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable sweat-resistant material that allows you to move freely. Ladies usually wear leggings or shorts and T-shirt or Vest. Gents usually wear T-shirt and shorts.

DO YOU HAVE ANY TOP TIPS FOR ME?

Yes! Thanks for asking.

  1. Please arrive a few minutes early, especially if this is your first time at the studio. Classes start on time.

  2.  Please remove your shoes before coming into the studio.

  3. Place all of your belongings in the cubes.

  4. Notify the teacher of any injuries or medical conditions.

  5. Listen to the teacher and your body.

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

Each of our teachers has a different style and speed. If you want something slower or you are new to hot yoga Adam's Hot Hatha, Mandy's Yin class or Nicki's Yoga for wellbeing classes are a sound choice. If you are a seasoned Hot yoga enthusiast or an athlete trying to get that edge in your performance go for classes with Mandy, Katie or Michelle as they offer a flow/vinyasa that can be more of a cardiovascular workout.

Is there parking?

Yes, we have lots of free parking spaces available.
