In a 1-to-1 session with Michelle, you will have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced yoga teacher who will guide you through the Ashtanga practice, helping you to build strength, flexibility and focus. Whether you are new to Ashtanga Yoga or have been practicing for a while, Michelle will work with you to adapt the practice to your level and help you to progress safely. She will take the time to understand your goals, any injuries or health conditions you may have, and create a customized practice that will help you to reach your full potential. As you move through the Ashtanga sequence, Michelle will provide detailed instruction and hands-on adjustments, helping you to deepen your understanding of the postures and improve your alignment. In addition to the physical practice, Michelle will also incorporate elements of breath work, meditation and relaxation to help you to cultivate inner focus and mental clarity. By the end of each session, you will feel invigorated, energised, and ready to take on whatever the day brings.
